Innovexus is self-hosted software, not a hosted service. There is no central control plane, no customer appliances, and no shared infrastructure between deployments — so there is no global status for us to publish. Each appliance runs on your own infrastructure and reports its own health, to you, on the appliance.
Your appliance exposes its own status inside the dashboard — service health, database, agent connectivity, and last reachability checks. That is the authoritative view for your deployment.
Because the appliance runs on infrastructure you control, its availability is a function of your environment — not a third party's SLA. There is no vendor outage that can take your operations offline.
