A hosted vendor publishes an uptime SLA because it runs the service. Innovexus does not run anything for you — the appliance runs on your own infrastructure — so there is no vendor SLA to negotiate and no vendor outage that can take your operations offline. Availability is a property of your environment, and it belongs to you.
The appliance is self-contained. It does not call home to a control plane and keeps working whether or not Innovexus, this website, or any third party is reachable.
Community support, issues, and discussion happen in the open on GitHub. Because the software is open source, you are never dependent on a vendor being in business to keep running it.
New appliance images are published on the downloads page. You choose when to apply them — there is no forced maintenance window imposed on you from outside.
