Innovexus is self-hosted software. Your device credentials, session recordings, and audit logs live on the appliance you run — they are never sent to Innovexus or to any third party on our behalf. A hosted SaaS lists the vendors it hands your data to; a self-hosted appliance hands it to no one, so there is nothing of yours to sub-process.
To be complete: the marketing site you are reading uses ordinary web infrastructure. None of it can see anything from a running appliance — the appliance does not phone home.
Standard CDN/DNS in front of innovexus.io. Processes ordinary web request metadata (IP, user agent) to serve this marketing site. No appliance data passes through it.
Aggregate visit analytics for innovexus.io. Never receives data from a deployed appliance.
The appliance can talk to third parties only when you tell it to, using your own accounts. These are your relationships, not ours.
The in-product AI Copilot is off unless you enable it and supply your own model-provider API key. When enabled, the prompts you send go to the provider you configured, under your agreement with them.
SAML / OIDC + SCIM connect to whatever identity provider you already run. Credentials are verified against your IdP; Innovexus is not in the middle.
